This is a fairly common problem and the general feeling in the forum is that you need to check/replace the oil pressure switch. Its a $30 part so no need to worry if its that.

Hi camarodude, those are actually not fog lights but are day time running lights. I think on the other models you can turn them on or off, but on your camaro they are not switchable and will be on...
